A Maison shaped by gastronomy.

A precise style.
Every detail of Besserat de Bellefon winemaking is calibrated to enhance the dining experience.
Lower-Pressure Effervescence
By using less liqueur de tirage at bottling, the Maison creates a lower-pressure, finer and creamier perception of effervescence.
No Malolactic Fermentation
The Maison avoids malolactic fermentation to retain natural freshness, aromatic expression and ageing potential.
Reserve Wines
Bleu Brut includes 30% reserve wines from the Maison’s perpetual reserve, bringing continuity and depth to the blend.

French character & elegance
A subtle spirit of freedom and simplicity permeates the Maison's heritage — from its roots in Aÿ to its modern home in Épernay on the Avenue de Champagne corridor.
